If it's so hot in my apartment that I sweat while I lay on the couch and watch TV, does that count as exercise?Yes?
Awesome.
(I'm going to assume that the answer is the same if I'm sweating while driving to Chicago/sitting at the ball game in 100-degree heat.)

Oh, it's not so bad here in Chicago. The heat index is a mere 98 degrees.
