i just realized something

My dreaded Property final is next Wednesday morning.

The "Gilmore Girls" season finale is next Tuesday night.

Do you think this counts as an "emergency" that warrants rescheduling the exam?

I'd say yes. After all, I am trying to get my Wills final (which happens to be my only exam) rescheduled because of the Seventh Heaven series finale on Monday night. I've never even seen that show.

People! Rules of Professional Exam Ethics and Responsibilities (RPEER) require you to NOT study on the eve of the final. Instead, you are to watch TV, read a book (for fun, not a school book) and go to bed early. SCR RPEER ยง 23.432 (2005-06). It's true! So really, there is NO conflict of interest!

WT - next week is the season finale, conveniently allowing all of America to pay it's full attention to the last two weeks of American Idol.

And I will be watching Seventh Heaven and CSI: Miami on Monday. See - I can't even study ahead of time. Definitely an emergency.

i agree with joint tortfeasor. i hadn't realized that people studied the night before law finals unless you are really screwed ( i mean screwed like you have not cracked the case book). I say enjoy Gilmore Girls, I am sure they will help you relax and as a result you will do better on the test.
