When the "best possible argument" you can make on an exam is based on a conspiracy theory - as in pretty much stating that the facts suggest that "everyone's out to get my client" - then it may be time to just cut your losses and pack it in.I knew there was a reason why I shouldn't wear my tinfoil hat to my exams.
